What is the price? I assume a long waiting list?
Years ago the Kentucky Correctional System had some light labor auto repair jobs by inmates such as brake jobs and plugs-wires-hoses, etc. The inmates were paid $0.13 (yes, 13 cents) per hour, and their earnings were saved in an account for pay out upon release. If you think about it, you’ve got nothing better to do, and what does the customer have to lose at $0.13 an hour labor rate, right?
Unfortunately, there was sone sort of liability issue with poor workmanship ad the program was dropped.
You’d think Sheriff Joe would have something like this………..
